You obtain a shock mail from the guy who promises to become the chairman of some government panel. Evidently, you will find resources from over-invoiced deals plus they need one to handle it. It’s a fraud

Republic of Benin, and that I represent an organization that's thinking about participating your providers as Supervisor for expenditure objective, of the large-volume of resources from over-invoiced agreements currently performed and taken care of.
