Scammed Me! Requested Refund Am Now Being Ignored!

On March 31 I purchased the VIP 5 Year Unlimited Access for $39.95 from www.Fullmovies.com, which is a movie download site. This site does not allow you to view which movies they have on file until you are a member.

After my purchase, I reviewed their movie options and found that it was not what I was expecting. Immediately, I requested a refund and the site advertises it has a 60 Money-Back Guarantee.

I received on email from them on March 31 asking me which movies I would like to see. I immediately responded to this email stating I have not and will not use the services and just wanted my money back.

I have since sent 5 more messages to this company and have not heard anything in response and still have not received my refund. The company states it will respond within 24 business hours. I feel I have been scammed and cannot do anything about it.
