Do NOT buy the REST report. All this information can be obtained for free! These scoundrels at the REST report charge between $700-1400 for an automated completely useless report called the REST report. It is nothing more than an NPV report.
The people that run the REST report all worked for Mohammed Hafar until he closed his office. I understand Mr. Haffar
is behind the REST report. If you search you will see that Mr. Haffar has over 30 complaints with the San Diego BBB and is rated an F. One of the sales people at the REST report is supposedly named Charlie Rose, it is more than likely an alias. Why spend $1400 for something you can get for free? Unfortunately, these people are taking advantage of homeowners down on their luck.
