Dispute began: 2 March email to validate
Company will not perform/breach his contract in the following areas:
1) Represent your organization as a Non-Profit Organization, even if you are a for-profit organization
2) No Account for any of your funds: Security Deposit, Retainer Fees
3) Provide an invalid Grant Proposal Report (list of potential funding sources)
4) Provide invalid grant makers
5) Will not provide monthly updates
6) Communication will not be value-added but filled with empty promises!
7) Next to none-existence follow through
Conclusion: Don't bother checking out his information with the Colorado Secretary of State as he has filed fraudulent documents, e.G., Articles (and document filed with the State) has an address that is inaccurate (it is on property that is owned by the builder, that was finished in Jan and listed for sale in Feb.); he does not have a board but represents himself as a non-profit, etc.
