No copies of FMCSA, CSA emergency response, copy of COMPANY POLICIES, given. No safety videos watched. NO COMPANY POLICY - so they can omit whatever they want when they want. There's no honor.

Problem #1, when Rita Moran gets stressed out, she don't handle drivers professionally @ all times. Roll her eyes @ you, speak condensending to you, to hollering @ you're like a child of hers. This happens on the phone, more than in person. Make you re-do paper-work she herself said its okay to do a certain way; and because she's ticked off @ you or whomever / whatever, now it's unacceptable. She don't do personal favors. An advance she will do (if she like/trust you). You will pay her back so much every week until your balance is zero. That's okay until she want to infringe on your personal time, like she did you a favor (favors don't need paying back with $), then she'll throw it in your face to manipulate you. And if you won't be manipulated, she now don't talk to you!? She do payroll, how can she not talk to you. Oh the message relay game through Carlos Moran Sr. Or Jr., or Alex. Unprofessional and rude.

Problem #2 Carlos Moran Sr. Want to switch up on what he says as well. Damages on trucks before hand is now your doing and want to charge for the slightest scratch on those trucks, wheels, & trailers. He to want to play router. And if you don;t go the way he says, he's ticked off. He' the the real head hunter of this trio though. They all switch back & forth as it suits them. They can look you square in the eye and say one thing, then later on swear they never said that.

Problem #3 Carlos Moran Jr. Lied about starting pay to sucker you in, but when you get done with (dad) SR, yeah #2. It's $200 less than expected. He forgets way to much. Guess he don't need to write down anything important to others. You can request an advance, even text it and he still won't do it. Mom is #1, covers a lot of his oversights. He play the dispatcher& fuel router too. His forgetfulness/just don't care attitude shouldn't cost me an additional $3, because he didn't send the right amount of advance $ in the first place (#1's doing there). Too much confusion & unappreciation within workplace. They try to help people on one side, ; however, negate the good they do with dishonesty. All three will gang up on a driver to pick @ their character, & don't want the driver to tick off none.
