Rip Off! Beware!

This company refused to refund my money after I ported my number to another carrier. I paid them $60.00 48 hours before changing carriers to avoid interrupting my service. I have called and spoken with customer service and the customer service floor manager. They both nicely explained they were keeping my cash but in my world you are still a thief!!!
Virgin Mobile obviously had this practice of stealing from customers for quite some time judging by the number of complaints. Wish I had checked Rip Off.com before I used them. The service was unacceptable and business practices leave much to be desired. Also they have made it impossible to contact anybody above floor manager. This keeps the noisy upset customers from bothering the higher ups golf outing. Absolutely nobody at virgin mobile is going to return money under any circumstances!!!
I think Sir Richard Branson must show up and publicly beat you and fire your but for even thinking about returning money!!! I was dumb enough to do business with these folks. Save yourself the headache and disappointment they are flat out thieves!!!
