TimeShareCounsel ripping off people when they ask basic questions

I was contacted by this company to take part of individual lawsuit to get all of my money back that I paid for my timeshare at South Beach Resort in SC. While I hate this company and the new managing company, Orange Lake management in FL, I also have to tell everyone that TimeShareCounsel is just as bad. They take your money, then only send some emails. Tell you to do all the legwork by filing complaints. When a complaint is responded to by Orange Lake and you question them on anything you get a very rude email, we are sending your 399 back, good luck in teh future. Should be complete in 30 days. No explaination, no nothing. No replies to questions, and most importantly, no $399 has been returned yet!!! The main person is Frank Masters, but you will be told to email everything to Judy Lark. Now I am 3 months late on my maint. Fee because I was told while in a legal dispute you do not pay any maint. Fees because you can't get that back during the lawsuit. Well now I was told I am not in a lawsuit. I can only put my number on the donot call list to stop the harrasing calls. Well guess what, the do not call list does not cover companies contacting you for late payments. Go figure Frank. Seems you would understand that!
Give my money back and leave me alone. I bet you really never got someone any of their money back from Orange Lake or South Beach.
