I was quoted 200.00 to move from 1 town to another that was 5 minutes away... I only had 2 pieces of furniture and a few boxes. They said they would put moving plankets, wrap it and box it... Again... 200.00
A budget rental van comes with some young kid and 3 mexicans that did NOT speak English... They took my stuff, tossed it around like soccer balls, including my 2 dressers that I just bought & cost 2000.00 each from Restoration Hardware!!!
After they taped everythng... NOT wrapped in moving blankets OR boxes... Just kept wrapping tape... Got to destination & they started rolling my stuff again like soccer ball!!!
NOW they tell me it's 500.00 because of the TAPE!!!
Neadless to say... They broke my 2000.00 dresser and said they didn't, I called the place and the girl answering the phone up on me and told me I WAS TRYING TO GET OVER ON THEM, she continued to pick up the phone and laugh, call me names and hang up on me... I paid cause I had no choice...
Then come to find 2 boxes are missing!!! They not only broke my new dresser, but they robbed me of very expensive stuff!
I am only writing this so you do not make the same mistake I did!!! They are a scam and thiefs!!!
