I ordered a lighter but never received the item, even though it was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. When calling them all there is is a message saying they won't be able to make office phone calls until after March 27... Today is April 6th!
Their website does not even allow me to login to see that my order is a rip-off! What a bunch of phonies!!
