Don’t honor 4 year guarantee

I question whether these men actually employed primer on my home. After 12 months, I've damaged and peeling paint. About 85% of the color on my timber railing taken off. The range of function involved scraping/sanding any free paint, priming and 2 layers of paint.

Their agreement features a 4-year guarantee. I informed them in March and was informed the issue could be cured in early May. Once they didn’t appear I had been informed these were supported due to the rainfall. Work supervisor apologized and stated that somebody have been out to check out my home in April which I'm about the routine.

This same person did an entire change in September and stated they'll not recognize the 4-year promise simply because they were under new possession by March. This individual should have experienced amnesia within my discussions together with her in May, May and July since it was never described. They’re fortunate I moved outofstate since my next phone was to my lawyer.
