Missing people search scam

I ordered a basic search for a mssing person. They immediately deducted the charges from my account. It has been a month since I placed the order and have not received the report. I have left voicemails, sent emails via their platform and from my gmail and have received absolutely no. Response. I have even requested a refund. After receiving no response to a refund request I ended up filing a fraudulent charge report witth my bank.
