They replied with: "thanks for calling clearer picture online when it comes to the Tremendous Wave Range. This isn't an item that's on Sharper Image Online. We're not the maker of the item. Consequently used to donot purchase one -when they lay about their affiliation with Sharper Image, what otherwise are they lieing about? What're the chances of having my money-back when there is an issue? ZERO! Prevent!
