Com charged my credit card and will not send merchandise when you call the number they pick up phone and hang up on you

I ordered a watch from this company. My credit card was charged, and merchandise which says will ship in 24 hrs. Still has not been sent. When you call the number, it sounds like someones home, they pick up and hang up on you.
