Do not do business with this company!!! They are an online company based out of China and they make dresses for proms, weddings etc. They also go under the name Buypromdresses.ca. When I purchased my dress it was through Buypromdresses.ca but when I tried to go onto the website it said it was unavailable. That alone is kind of shady, so I googled it more and found that they changed their name to Buypromgowns.ca! Um, thanks for telling me!

I took a chance and ordered a dress online from this company because they had a dress that I really really wanted. I ordered it last month and they sent me an email confirming my purchase and that they will be able to meet my deadline of March 29th! Well It's March 26th and I still haven't received an email from them stating when my dress will be shipped! I have to admit I was very worried!

Well I contacted them through Skype via Call (which is the only way you can contact them, and on top of that I had to put money on my Skype account to call them because I'm calling a different country) If you do a video call they never answer. If you try emailing them back from the email they sent you it will come back undelivered. They finally sent me an email over the weekend saying they will not be able to send me my dress and that they will refund my money via Paypal. They absolutely have no kind of customer service AFTER they've received your money.

I contacted Paypal and they said Buypromdresses.ca has not put any refund through and they will investigate and get me my money back especially since I told them I saved the emails they sent me stating they will not be able to send me my dress and they will refund my money.

Save yourself the time and trouble. Buy a dress in the good ol' U.S. A otherwise you'll probably end up in the same situation I'm in.
