Dan Lobsinger collected GST on behalf of a sub contractor and did not submit to Revenue Canada

To comply with the rules and regulations of the provincial governing body, The Real Estate Board of British Columbia, the sub contractor had to use their (APM's) accounting system. The GST that was collected on behalf of the Sub Contractor and the CRA was held by Associated Property Management, and was supposed to be submitted on a monthly basis, Associated Property Management did not do this and are still holding the monies collected some twelve months late
