We purchase a policy on each of our cats, but when we filed a claim, they used every trick in a much used insurance industry book to not pay claims. They claim that a condition has manifested itself prior to the current policy period when it has not; they claim that the charges are excessive when they are not. If they do pay anything, it is a fraction of the total costs, not the promised 80 percent.

BELIEVE ME THIS PET INSURANCE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF - I have been a Detective for over 35 years and I have never encountered such a slimy dishonest bunch. They do everything they can to get out of paying anything. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY

If you care about your pets like I do, you dont need the added aggravation of claim denial when your pet needs the medical treatments. Dont waste your time with this company. They will cause you a lot of grief when you need their help the most. Do not purchase from petshealthplan.com
