Contacting the BBB - baby clothes

I wish I'd found this site before I ordered from this scammer. But then again hindsight is always 20/20 & this is what I get for being too trusting of a company. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my daughter. I did read on their site that most orders are sent within 3-5 weeks because of how long the processing takes with the warehouses/etc. Any time I tried to check my order on their site, it just said pending. It never changed to shipped. Finally, about 5 weeks after I ordered from them, I received one of the pairs of shoes. When I checked my bank account, I'd been charged for the full amount. So I emailed them to find out if the other shoes would be coming later, etc. They're from the same manufacturer so I don't get it. No response. I just tried calling their headquarter now & I just get this ridiculous hoo-ha about how no one is available. They're based in NY. I'm in NY. It's 12:15 in the afternoon. Their office hours are from 10am-5pm EST. So what's the problem? I'm just going to contact the BBB since this company obviously has a history of taking people's money & not providing the products they've ordered. Never again!
