Fraud of http://www.company-usa.com / working under cardea group AG

I would like to expose one fraud company in front of the general
public. Around 2 months back we paid 300 USD for the incorporation of
our company in USA, they assured us that our company will be registered
in USA in just one week and it has been more than 2 months and our
company is not yet incorporated.

The company also took the money and do not respond to our emails, they also do not pick up the phone.

The owner of the company is some guy with the name Dr. Michael Rau which claims to be A CPA but is a big big Fraud.

Every time we call him up, he cuts the phone and most of the time their phone
is held on answering machine. I also tried to call his germany number
and his brother picked up the phone and asked me to file a fraud case
against Michael Rau.

He threat me that we cant do anything
against Michael Rau and our money will never be returned. After the
last call made to michael rau on march 20. He never picked up the
phone and we have spent more than 200 USD in making him the calls.

He gave us lot of excuses for making the payment, first he said that he
will not be able to refund the money as his paypal account has got some
problem, then he asked us to send request via moneybookers which again
was declined stating that he also has problem with money bookers and
later we asked him to make a wire transfer to us which is not done yet.

I would hereby like to warn the public who are using the services of this
company or about to use to be alert before making the payments to this
guy.

Below I am also posting some of the emails exchanged with the company owner Michael Rau.

The company operates a bigger fraud network under multiple domains which is
given here to alert people coz they fraud people with multiple domains.

I am also exposing their contact numbers in order to make people more aware about them.
