I placed an order with pet dynamix (not the first time) and did not receive my online receipt. They are normally late in sending what you order, but you can send Suzanne and email to inquire and she will then ship your order. I did this in late December. Finally received part of my order, the ticket had a handwritten note saying the remainder would be sent that next week. It also had highlighted items as to what was sent. Meaning, that she was marking off what she put in the box and would send the rest when she had it in, a common thing she had done in the past. I then did not get the remaining items and started contacting her weekly. She kept saying that my card had been charged only what was sent, but then she stated that they had sent most of my order. I sent a copy of her ship ticket which has her handwriting on it and highlighting done by her to show that this was not true. This ship ticket does not have amounts. After I sent that to her asking for a detail report of how my credit card was charged she started to either not respond or respond with a "I'm not at a computer but will look at that right away!" and then nothing. My last email from her she says I should have my credit card company send the receipt, but she well knows that is only going to give me a total. She was also going to check, but I never heard back. I want to know what I was charged for specifically and I cannot phantom why this is difficult, unless she charged me for items I did not receive and is ripping me off. I also find it odd she waited until after the time frame for me to file a complaint with my credit card company. I can't help but to think this was so that she would not have to justify or refund me.
