Money ran away

This site charged me for a $100 pair of Air Jordans, then informed me they didn't actually have them to sell, and asked me to choose different shoes form their inventory. When I said no, I just wanted a refund, they began giving me several weeks of broken record replies refusing to refund my money and telling me I need to pick different shoes. The communications are in pigeon English, and never respond to my own insistence that this is not an option; that I should not even have been charged if they did not have the inventory. The phone number on their site is disconnected and their "live chat" is dead. This is a complete scam.
