A scam - doesn't pay you for your item they sold

I sent a watch to this company to sell. According to them it was sold about a month ago and I will get payment soon. The payment has not been received and each time I actually talk to them I am told they will get right on it and email me a tracking number to track the check being sent. I have no emails with any tracking information nor do I have a payment. They won't reply to an email and don't reply to phone messages. I have reached them several times and am told they will get right on it with no response after. They don't email what/when they say they will and don't call when they say they will. It is over a month and I still have not recieved the money they owe me.
