I'm just one mother-of one looking to get by and attempting to look after my daughter. After annually of employed by this company. I have now been worker of the month twice. Ive had open accessibility. I've fought with sitter after sitter to remain faithful for this work. I dropped upon your decision of placing my kid right into a daycare service and needed to alter my availablity based on your day care. This boss from hell. Hasnt been there longer than 6 months.in her small amount of time in the organization. She's were able to fireplace and drive several excellent group memebr to no further work with this company. She's improper and she speaks right down to people equally youthful and old. This lady stated really nastily that she refused my availablity that will be 8-5 due to the fact my kids daycare starts at 7am and that I depend on public transport to make the journey to and from work. As well as the daycare closes at 6 and that I am the only care-taker of my child. My hours got significantly cut and 2 everyone was employed to get my spot. My time will not do something about that situation. I've provided numerous occasions to work-in every other division including BATHROOMS!!! And after doing this much for this company. And soo far more I'm kicked out being an unvauable group memeber and that I am informed that i no further meet up with the requirements of the busniess. And yet jobs open and obtain stuffed and that I never appear to add up to enough for this company. TARGET contributed to charites and does great on the exterior. However the individuals who truly create goal what it's aren't appreciated...
