Rewards program is bogus

I too registered for this supposed "loyalty program". I received $20 rebates for the first three months, i.E., September, October, November of at longer and longer intervals, and since then, NADA!

I intend to file a complaint with the BBB, FCC, and any other organization folks suggest.
