Bogas phonenumber to cancel

Went to sign up to mylife.com had to go through membersavings.com before i could get to mylife.com called the number they gave me to call and cancel 1 888 593 5261 recordind told me to call 1 702 589 9300 said there would be about a $4.00 charge on phone bill called the number and was cut off after about a minute it said i could call 1 800 then was cut off what can be done to get my money back would like to know please.
