Scam

I am a victim of on line scam. On Feb 8, I ordered $277.69 cigarettes from https://e-tobaccos.com / and the transaction were charged under the name “ICI”. For almost 2 months, I have not received any delivery and product from them; In addition, they have no physical adderess or phone contacts except email sales@e-Tobaccos.com. Once they got my money, they almost ignored my emails. So frustration, I also demand to refund my money if they can’t deliver the product. Today, they respond that they just refund the money to the card listed above. Well, I called the credit card company and verified that there were no money refunded into my account. This is obviously one of the on line scams. The e-tobaccos is located in SPAIN. I can't do anything but to report this scam to the international authority. I am a victim of a theft in SPAIN and I this report is to warn you about e-tobaccos. DONT BELIEVE ANY THING THEY SAID IN THEIR WEB PAGE!!!
