Overcharged on credit card

I'd put an order on Jan. 16 simply acquired today and find out they had overcharged me 18.98! I named they attempted to express no they did not but I've my bill. Do you consider they'll provide me a credit! NO they'll not really tho I've the evidence! Never purchase from their website again! I requested the Cook Containers that actually really are a bit of crap but could keep them simply because they won't credit back the shipping. I'm so unhappy they might tear an individual down for anything so small! Thanks for listening.
