Incorrect Cake Order! Refused to Fix! Called me a Liar!

I placed a cake order with a woman named Caroline or Carolyn. She was very terse with me as though I was wasting her time. She did not want to help me at all. At one point she asked me to hold but did not place the call on hold. At this time I overheard her make fun of my accent. I speak perfect English and there is no way she was having a hard time understanding me, and certainly NO reason to make fun of the way I speak. I am a paying member of Sam's Club and deserve better treatment than this.

I usually spend about $8000 a month at this particular Sam's Club for my business needs and decided to try them out for a personal function and needed a cake. I gave Caroline an exact description of what I wanted. What I received was completely wrong. Caroline was also the person I spoke to when I came to pick up the cake. The first thing I noticed was that she had misspelled the name on the cake. She had left out one letter. I brought this to her attention very politely and she barked at me saying I must have been the one to spell it incorrectly. I told her it was my son's cake, and that I know how to spell my son's name. I asked if she could correct the problem and she told me there was no way she could do that. I understand that mistakes happen, but I believe I should have at least gotten an apology and Caroline did not apologize and was very rude about it. I asked if there was a manager on duty and she told me that SHE was the manager and reiterated that there was nothing she could do for me. All I wanted was an apology and she was treating me as if I was asking for something free.
