Operator: Wanda #6285 Company claims I signed up for this phone/long distance calling service

This morning at 10:30am on 3/4, I received a pre recorded call from Kooltel America asking me to press 1 to activate 2 to cancel this service. When I selected 2 the rep stated I signed up for this service via email. I rememer applying for a payday loan online and stated to her that I knew they snagged my info from this application and that I did not sign up for this service. She kept trying to get additional info from me other than my phone number and name to cancel. I refused to give it to her... This is not my first rodeo with this kind of krap. Last time it was SKYPE... I insisted on a cancellation number the reps name and her operator id... She gave me this infor... Let's see if this
charge shows up on my phone bill... Here is the cancellation info.

I will keep in touch with this complaint to let all know how this rolls out. I will not be taken
advantage of again... NOTE: this is a result of applying for a paydayloan online... It was a paydayloan service that finds a lender... So a bunch of screens come up. This is how they snag your
information... I am a previous IT professional... I smelled a rat immediately... I am going to catch them... They will be stopped...
