Phone solicitation claiming to be head hunters for pharmaceutical companies

This company gets your resume information off of career builder or monster.com and solicits claiming to be a headhunter agency for pharmaceutical and medical industry. They seem legit and offer on-line resume counseling, career coaching and state they will get you a job in 30 days. They ask for a 29.00 up front fee for materials to be sent to you and critique of resume. Once you have paid, they send you to their web-site and you upload resume, do testing, etc. The next day if you go to the same web-site it is disabled and the e-mail is no good, nor the phone number on the e-mail. Total Scam - beware.
