I would not buy anything from Turtle Creek Products EVER! I asked a very simple questions "is the material from your canvas bags from the USA"- she responded with profanity and went on a long rant about how nothing is 100% made in the USA and our nation is toast. Looks like she has something to hide. When I nicely responded that I am still interested in the product, and to clarify, she responded that she didn't like my question or me therefore she refuses to sell to me - she told me to go make my own bags, if I contact her again she will report me for harrassment. I've been nothing but sooo nice. I wouldn't recommend buying from someone who treats potential customers like this.
