Took $29.99 from my Mother that is 86 years old

My Mother ordered a 12 month subscription for True Confessions magazines Dec they cashed her check and she has not received any thing She has sent them 2 letters and has not heard any thing from them my Mothers is 86 years old and thought this was the same company she got them from before but it was not. This is WRONG ripping off older people is just plain Wrong! They are vultures and take advantage of there people that can least afford to be ripped off, I would like a total refund for my Mom in the amount of $29.99 Plus tax
