I represent THREE dissatisfied customers. This is a coin and bullion auction sale website. Coinshop says they guarantee happiness, but will not respond to complaints or inquiries once they decide that they are done with you! They do not complete orders, do not replace missing or incorrect items, and do not always send merchandise in the condition promised. At first, they did correct some problems, but no longer even try to make good customers like us happy. They will not answer our emails and letters. There are missing items, nonfulfilled backorders, and wrong merchandise that they have yet to fix.
We also suspect that they use shill bidder (s) to drive up their prices.
This company is a ripoff. They also go under the names of Coinuts, Cshop, and PCI. We are looking into filing federal criminal fraud complaints.
