Brown flowers

Plain awful. This company goes by many different names: JustFlowers.com, BuyFlowers24.com and more. I ordered a Frangrant Garden Basket for my wife's birthday. I paid extra for more flowers and the total was $74.23. I requested no lilies as she is allergice to them.

They were delivered on the correct day, but the arrangement was TINY despite the extra fee. Also, several of the flowers were BROWN or had ugly brown spots. And the final straw: Lilies!

I tried to email them twice during the next week to request a refund. Their email server rejected my messages. When I finally called, it was on the 8th day and they have a 7-day policy and did NOT issue any refund.

Do not order flowers from this company! You will regret it.
