Robert VanDuren seems to work his way into small companies in need of money. Robert VanDuren is from Michigan, and seems to have had a stint running a company called AIM smart. It failed under his leadership. So did Cobalis, a start up neutroceutical business. He then moved on to a Russian oil deal, but moved to a financial company called PEM group, a fund that notorious Danny Pang ran. When Pang was arrested by the FBI, Robert VanDuren ran. His goal seems to be getting consulting fees or public stock, and then running off or threatening to sue for back pay. That is the stunt Robert vanDuren pulled on our little Company. We lost money, but got off easy, and want to warn others.

VanDuren is sneaky, and knows enough to trick people. He is low key and giggles, but is very sneaky. He never pays for anything, and does not stay in one place for a long time. Be careful if you meet this dirtbag. He will try to get a piece of your company, if he thinks there is money in it for him.in our experience, he did not do much, just hung out at bars, and submitted numerous reimbursement requests. He tries to get money upfront, and will send you a consulting agreement the next day. Ask for references, and his background, if you want to draw your own conclusions. We just want to warn others. We think VanDuren makes a living ripping off small companies.
