Bad Service

I requested a glass water-pipe from their store 6 months before, nevertheless no indication of my item. After delivering them 4 emails, they ultimately replied to me stating the item was a "backer" which I'd obtain my item soon. It's been 14 days since that time, 2 emails, a telephone call, but still no responses. There's no justification for terrible customer support or to get a merchandise that's "in-stock" to dominate 6 months to provide (easily actually have it whatsoever). I advise one to consider your company elsewhere, or danger exactly the same destiny as all of US.
