Telemarketer called me and said I won a $500.00 Visa Gift card and would be entered into a drawing for 10,000.. 00 and was offered some magazines I was confused and was also told I would recieve a gold

I was called by a telemarketer ans told I wona $500.00 visa gift card and entered into a future drawing. Was also told I was chosen to recieve magazines and a gold watch. I recieved a conformation letter yesterday and did not agree to 30 monthly payments for magazines that I don't even like. NO $500 doller gift card and tried calling number on letter to cancel and each time I was on hold for 18 minutes and then was disconnected!!!
