I realized it was a scam

I had been cheated on Gumtree for telephone, I transferred $ in a banking account, who do I contact to have it back?

Hi I am situated in Sydney

I required a brand new telephone poorly & I desired to purchase it in Sydney in the place of offshore so i went onto gumtree.com.Au. I came across a telephone which was not-too great to become accurate. I approached the vendor, mentioned shipping expenses plus they offered me their back specifics (through mail).

& me being thus trustworthy, I transferred the cash straight in a bank to their selected bill (Australian Bank). Then afterwards I understood it had been a fraud & I am still without my telephone & the scammers have my cash!!! I visited the financial institution & they stated I ought to visit law enforcement. I visited the authorities stop plus they stated its not really a legal issue to allow them to help me. & now I don’t understand what to complete. I want my money-back and because the lender were able to approach the deposit, I am confident they are able to kind of check the account-holder etc however the "regulation" isn't helping me whatsoever.
