Being missed charged on closed account

I required a regular long-distance price so when I had been billed each minute, which went in to the thousands, I had been livid. It was back in my opinion in August. Not just was I pushed to pay for it, but since then I've been obtaining regular bills for 4dollars and sixteen pennies. I've approached them on numerous events and was informed I'd no further receive these expenses. I, obviously however receive them each month and am not able to actually achieve anybody about the telephone numbers shown about the statement! I tell everybody Do Not use CenturyLink!
