It is like dealing with a small child. False claims all the way, and cancelled the order because I used all caps in "Tell me when I can EXPECT it to actually ARRIVE." Even lied saying it had been shi

I tried to order a mushroom necklace for my daughter, and according to the site it would arrive in a maximum or 9 days. The day after that deadline was over, I sent a message to this "merchant", more like there is a 13 year old girl with a false personna, asking where our order was. Got a message from paypal with a bogus tracking number, claiming that the necklace had already been sent, although there was no record of it in the UPS site. It was nothing but a lie that it had ever been sent at all.
The message I got from this Aaron-Jessie person, was some long excuse about getting slammed with too many order for Valentines Day:
"Hi there, Let me first of all let you know that we really appreciate your business and your happiness is very important to us. We got extremely slammed with a huge volume of orders for Valentines Day, and have only recently gotten down the list to your order. We are creating your item as we speak and your item will be shipped out tomorrow morning. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.-Jes @ psysub hemp jewelry"
I wrote back with a simple:
"Tell me when I can EXPECT it to actually ARRIVE." Nothing more, to which this person replied:
"Hey, I'm not sure exactly what I have done to deserve capital letters which means basically anger and yelling... But I've been doing my best. I said I was going to mail it tomorrow morning, but I think I've changed my mind. You are being unreasonable and I am now going to refuse service to you. Just because you are the customer and I am the seller doesn't give you the right to project those feelings at me. I'm refunding you."
So, if you want to do business with someone as immature, unprofessional, not to mention completely unreliable and untrustworthy, by all means, waste your time and money on Psysub. The way paypal gave out the bogus info on the tracking number even makes it so I probably won't be using anything having to do with that any more either.
