Misleading information re rebates

Regarding the $20 per month reduction in security monitoring fee via a $500 food certificate (25 months at $20 per month), I specifically asked how much paperwork was involved. Salesperson said that all you need was the receipt number and copy of the receipt. This is not true - you are required to itemize. He also did not disclose that if an individual receipt was less than 75% grocery items, the receipt would be disallowed.

It is not as simple as it as described to me
