Bad Burns! Do not buy

The product seems great, but I used directions & used their """ security item" but still wound up t/third-degree burn on my experience - which today I'll walk-around damaged - I am wishing written down this that no guardian may purchase this due to their teen once the request it - spend the additional hundred & deliver them to some salon to get a keratin straightening! It is dangerougs and also the organization may maintain simply no accountibility whatsoever - whenever a customer uses their directions & employs the security item because they suggest than burns shouldn't occur & when they do responobility must drop notably to them!
