Banana
Cheated for $50 reward

Shops, Products, Services

I obtained a $50 incentive card via mail, against starting a charge card with Previous Navy (same string). The incentive card doesn't have fine-print for example CAn't be put with promotions etc. Just it'd an expiration time.

I also had A - 20% OFF discount.

I did so a purchase of around $220 at Banana Republic shop at Dallas Premium Store (Tulalip, WA), and used the $50 incentive, but forgot to use 20% OFF discount.

After I understood this, I returned towards the cashier (who also been the store-manager) and required to use the 20% OFF discount.

The supervisor really shrudely explained he might utilize the 20% OFF discount, however for he would need to return all of the products and produce a new statement. "Nevertheless" I'd reduce my $50 incentive card along the way, when I can use it only one time. OMG, just how can they cheat clients like this?

I asked the client support man, that why the * he cannot provide me return for that quantity of 20% DOWN. When the program does not help it, find another method. I am talking about he knows I'm requesting real reimbursement. He clearly declined to complete something about this, except eliminating the $50 incentive and implementing (as 20% OFF), which he understands I'd not do. What type of "customer support" is the fact that?

Is Banana Republic cheating clients by encouraging these attractive savings to come quickly to their shop after which declining to recognize their very own campaigns!!
