Please avoid this merchant. The store owner, Wayne Wong is a cheater.

I bought LED lights from him and he sent me the wrong items. When I emailed him about the problem, he won't respond at all. I called him on his phone and he asked me to send the items back at my own expense before he can send me the replacements. Stupid, isn't he?

I filed a dispute with PayPal but still he won't cooperate.

Get away from this store for your own good.
