I also had an identical encounter as additional cards... JCPenney offered/supplied my info to SB*Family Enjoyment Benefits and that I have now been billed everywhere from $9.95 to $29.95/month for all weeks. Don't bother to get hold of them straight because they are REALLY irresponsible in eliminating your charge card info from their repository, instead contact your charge card organization and statement the fraudulant charges (my charges totaled $110.00) I never offered JCPenney authorization to sign me-up for that plan, or did I actually approve these costs... They've dropped my company permanently and that I have bought many furniture pieces from their store, but this frustration was a great deal to cope with!!!
