Chipsmith LLC Refusing to send my W2, Tax Information

In August of I answered an ad on Craigslist... Job opportunity. I completely filled out the application. One question on the application: Had I been convicted of a felony within the past ten years. I reponded, "No"
After working for this company for nine (9) days, I received a call from Human Resources. I was asked at that time, had I ever been convicted of a felony? Well, as it turns out, In 1990 I was convicted of murder. I served 19 years.
So then, responding to the answer, now being asked me, "Had I ever been convicted of a felony". I said yes. The lady said for what? I said Murder! Dead silence for what appeared an eternity... She finally responds with, I didn't expect an answer like that.
About an hour later, the guy who trains the new people for Chipsmith, SouthCenter Shopping Mall Security and a guy in a suit... They all approach in their vehicles. I am right in the middle of working on a customers car. The trainer approaches me, tells me "I need to inventory your supplies, you are being let go". I said fine! After waiting a few days, I called Chipsmith and asked about my check. After numerous calls, being placed on hold, being hung-up on I was finally told my check was mailed to my recent address. This could have been settled long ago.
Here it is Tax-Time... I need my w2 from this employer. I called about 11 days ago. The lady said my w2 was mailed to my current address about 2 weeks ago. I have attempted SEVERAL calls to these... Idiots! Placed on hold, told that H.R. Is busy at this time, etc. This company is embarrased by the fact, a thorough background check was not done..."Before" I was acually hired. Now I am going through the F... ing drama of abtaining my w2 so I can file my taxes. Anyone have any ideas???
