Poor performance, refuse to refund and horrible customer service

Here I'm going to tell you about my bad, horrible experience of cooperation with company SEO Next.

I hired them in the middle of September to make SEO tasks, improve rankings and increase traffic for my website www.masterjobs.net Tasks, assigned for the 1st month of cooperation wasn't finished even in the end of 3rd month.in the proposal that I received was mentioned that I can have my money back. When I asked for refund I received answer that SEO Next provided me with MORE services, that I paid for. It was one of the most ridiculous and shameless lies, that I've ever heard in my life. From almost 30 different tasks mentioned in proposal, SEO Next really made just 3 (!!!) insignificant tasks, which took them almost 3 months! But this is just part of the problem. I faced not only poor performance, but also absolutely awful level of customer service. When I was trying to explain the essence of my complaint to SEO Next management I met only blame back. Justin Blackhurst, SEO Next co-owner was behaving himself in very strange manner – one time, over Skype conversation he said that had no connection to SEO Next company, next time he said, that is owner of law company, that has offices in all major world cities, and that I will have to deal with his lawyers. Ain't it funny?

Sounds like macromania. Vaibhav Kakkar, another co-owner of this “great” company was blaming me, that I am bad customer. Mark Blackhurst, called himself as director of SEO Next, was threatening me with spamming. Probably, something wrong with my karma, that I came across this company.

Conclusion:

Extremely bad performance

Refuse to refund

Horrible customer service

Unreliable behavior of management

So, stay away of them.
