Dillard Lee is ridiculous, bad-mouthing intimidation *. Each and every worker employed by this shop within the last year has quit due to Dillard's mood and his poor attitude towards females. The workers aren't permitted to keep in touch with one another or even the clients, until the client requires a problem. Stated issue needs to be responded with as several phrases as you can with minimal eye-contact. While Dillard walks in to the shop if you will find two workers about the revenue ground, one SCURRIES in to the back-room before he is able to see her. It's a missing and soul-less location. There's no cultural enjoyment here. You-go in, appear rapidly to determine if something exciting is there and avoid out the doorway within a few minutes. Very little clients despite the fact that this shop is situated across in the the largest supermarket around with countless vehicles loading by constant. Top management must take a look at their error of employing somebody who laughs at them submissively while throwing out at workers and mouthing off at clients.
