This company is ripping members off

The service that they offer they do not come threw. I was assured that I would have a score raisin 150 credit score but now I've found out that no one can raise your score except you. They swindled me into paying a $1,000 and after the investigation was complete my score was still the same. Contacting them multiple times I was told they were either out the office or on lunch. Once i did talk to the manager of the company he was irate saying i was an idiot and he would not refund me my money. Saying that the person who was suppose to complete the service wasnt a baby sitter and was not gonna run me through every detail and rudely hung up in my face. When called back i was told he's was in a meeting which was a lie. I just wanted to come to a agreement of a full refund and they refused to give it to me the service i paid for and thought i was getting was no where near what i got. They did close to or little to nothing and also illegaly altered things on my report that werent true i would like a full refund for the amount i paid, it was a scam i paid a $1050.00 for supposidly credit repair, by the time they were so called finished doing what they was doing my credit score was still the same. They also did some illegal things to my account that i did not authorize. When called for a refund i was told no im not gonna be given a full refund.
