McDowell Tag published some brands for just one of my customers and also the brands began peeling off the gold layer that was a possible risk for that customer. Luckily quality-control captured the issue before it quit the factory. Nevertheless, when McDowell Tag was requested to create great about the brands and purchase the problems price borne by my customer, John McDowell declined to cope with it and informed my client to-go elsewhere for his brands later on. Our customer has since discovered another tag organization plus they have now been happy. I am aware that actually the dog owner, David McDowell didn't part of to right this case. I'm really unhappy that McDowell Tag might handle their clients such an unprofessional way.
