Doesn't work

Saved driver whiz to check my pc to determine why my printer wasn't working. Driver whiz didn't work. After I examined my charge card bill, discovered They had examined off that I needed a long support. The prolonged support was in smaller characters, nothing like the large Advertisement having said that unique offer $29.00. A genuine fraud. Requested to get a return but simply got the run-around. Used to do not notice they alredy had the additional support stop ticked which price $45.00. I believed which was illegal. Will attempt different locations to obtain cash back.
